Explanations will be in English. We can explain in Japanese if required. Please let us know if you require any help.

Every Sunday, we start at 6.00pm with a short explanation about the meditation and Buddhism more generally. The meditation itself follows straight away and takes around 20-30 minutes. If you are new to Buddhism or meditation, it is an ideal place to start. There is no need to bring or wear anything special, and there is no charge for coming along.

Peter Speier was born in 1961 in Germany. In 1985 he met with Lama Ole Nydahl. He became a co-founder of the Buddhist magazine “Kagyu life”, the present “Buddhism Today”, in 1988 and supports editing books by Lama Ole. Peter has been working in the Buddhist centers in Berlin and Munich for a number of years. He has been teaching Buddhism at Lama Ole’s request since 2002.
